SBEM
An SBEM, or simplified building energy model, provides an analysis of the energy consumption of a building. The SBEM calculates the monthly carbon dioxide emitted and energy used by a building given its construction, geometry, use, lighting equipment and HVAC. To obtain your SBEM ratings, please contact it-epc.
SBEM Ratings
SBEM ratings are scored from a scale of 1 to 100, with 1 being the worst and 100 being a zero usage of energy. If you want to know the SBEM ratings of your building, simply contact us either by email, telephone, post or fax.
SBEM Calculations
SBEM calculations are undertaken by it-epc only on the receipt of a full set of building regulations drawings. When you use our services for your SBEM calculations, we do not only provide a ‘pass/fail’ answer but offer complete recommendation and advice.
